1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BibleHelp ("the app", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

BibleHelp is a Bible guidance application that helps users read scripture, receive AI-assisted Bible guidance, listen to hymns, create verse images, and save or sync spiritual study materials. The app may provide:

• AI-powered Bible verse recommendations and reflections.
• Follow-up chat for deeper exploration of scripture.
• Offline Bible reading.
• Hymn browsing, playback, favorites, playlists, and downloads where available.
• Verse image generation and sharing.
• Account sign-in and cloud sync for supported saved data.
• Optional paid supporter features or subscriptions.

3. Nature of Content

AI-Generated Content

Guidance, interpretations, prayers, chat responses, and generated images may be produced with artificial intelligence. This content is:

• Not a substitute for professional advice: BibleHelp is not a replacement for professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, emergency services, legal advice, or pastoral care from a qualified minister, priest, counselor, clinician, or other professional.
• For personal reflection only: Interpretations are meant to offer encouragement and help users reflect on scripture. They are not authoritative theological doctrine.
• Not guaranteed to be perfect: AI-generated content can contain mistakes, incomplete context, unsuitable wording, or inaccurate references.

If you are in immediate danger, considering self-harm, experiencing abuse, or facing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider immediately.

Bible Text and Other Content

Bible texts, hymns, artwork, audio, and other materials are provided under their respective licenses or permissions. You agree to use them only as allowed by those licenses and applicable law.

4. Accounts and Security

You may need an account to use sync, saved cloud data, verse image storage, or other features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or supporter purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat. Subscription availability, renewals, cancellations, refunds, trials, taxes, and billing are governed by the applicable store terms and purchase flow.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings. We do not control app store refund decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BibleHelp:

• For lawful purposes only.
• In a manner consistent with personal Bible study, spiritual reflection, worship, and encouragement.
• Without attempting to abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the app, backend, AI services, analytics systems, payment systems, or website.
• Without using the service to create, upload, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or deceptive content.

7. Intellectual Property

• The BibleHelp app, website, design, logo, interface, software, and original content are owned by the developer or licensed to us.
• AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use, subject to these terms and the terms of any relevant third-party provider.
• Bible translations, hymns, audio, images, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the app or its content except where expressly allowed.

8. Third-Party Services

BibleHelp relies on third-party services including, but not limited to, Convex, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, Cloudflare, and Google Fonts. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or actions of third-party services.

9. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that BibleHelp will be available at all times or that every feature will be error-free. AI-powered features, sync, subscriptions, and image generation require internet access and depend on third-party service availability.

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any feature, content, pricing, or service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BibleHelp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, theological completeness, or suitability for your specific circumstances.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content or scripture reflections.
• We are not responsible for emotional, spiritual, financial, medical, legal, or other consequences arising from use of the app.
• We are not liable for third-party service outages, billing decisions, model behavior, or store/platform actions.

11. Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any part of BibleHelp if we believe you have violated these terms, abused the service, created risk for other users, or used the app unlawfully.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of BibleHelp after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
